2009 Event Rescheduled

Many of you have sent us correspondences enquiring as to what happened for 2009.

As you may have known the Notting Hill Carnival festivities took place on the 31st August for 2009. As such we took a decision to not host the Dinner & Dance for this year as the possible dates clashed with several carnival related events.

We look forward to hosting the dance in 2010.

Despite the rumours, we are please to announce that the event was a sold out success.

We wish to thank each and every one who turned out in their finest to celebrate T&T Independence Dinner & Dance.

It was unfortunate that the High Commissioner of T&T to London could not attend, but much fun was had by all.

A very special thank you to those who participated in the raffle.

We wish to inform you that the T&T Gala Independence Dinner & Dance is on as scheduled.

Our committee has been alerted to a rumour going about that we have cancelled. This is NOT TRUE.

We look forward to seeing you all at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury, this evening from 7:00pm.

Tickets are now available...

Payments can be made via PAYPAL, which has been placed on the site for your easy access. There will be a small service charge for processing payments via this method.

Please note that interested companies/groups /organizations may purchase tickets per table.

Tables seat 10 / 12 persons.
NB: Tables must be paid for in advance order to be considered 'reserved'

We will not be accepting Personal Cheques.

Additionally, the tickets can be collected in the following ways:

1. From any of our committee members, whose numbers are available above
2. By Royal Mail, special delivery (registered)
3. Collection on the night of the event

ALL tickets must be paid for in advance regardless of collection method.

Dress Codes explained..

A Black Tie Optional or Black Tie Invited gives you the option of wearing a tuxedo or formal dress hinting at the formality of the event, meaning a dark suit and tie would be your other option. Women wear cocktail, long dresses or dressy evening separates.
